Rosemary Focaccia with Stilton, Grapes and Honey
Use your favorite focaccia recipe or purchase a prepared focaccia. Brush top with Bassetti EVOO and sprinkle with fresh minced rosemary. While warm from the oven, top with crumbled Stilton and drizzle with honey. Finish with halved seedless green and red grapes.

Blue Cheese with Port and Walnuts
Add 1/2 cup Ruby Port to 2 Cups well veined and crumbled blue cheese. Mix and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight for the cheese soften and absorb the port. Serve with sliced pears and cinnamon graham crackers.
