Terms of Membership:
As a member you agree to receive a minimum of two
club shipments, consisting of six bottles each, before
canceling your club membership. Our club shipments are
processed twice per year, spring and fall.
You may cancel your club membership at any time
after you have accepted/received your second shipment. All
cancellations must be in writing, via email
or by fax to 805-927-1368.
Credits and refunds will not be issued on
processed shipments if they have not been canceled or changed
in advance. We will email you at least two weeks prior to
processing to let you know when to expect your shipment.
At least two weeks prior to processing your
shipment, you will receive notice of the upcoming charge and
expected pick-up or ship dates. It is your responsibility to
let us know if you will be away. Our wines are temperature
sensitive and may be affected by extended exposure to warm
weather. All wine shipments require an adult signature.
